Commonly Asked Questions

  • First dental visit should be before your child’s first birthday.

  • The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and our doctors recommend dental cleaning and check-up every six months.

  • Parents are welcome in the back for their child’s appointments. At times, pediatric patients do better without the parent in the room and are able to establish good communication and rapport with their doctor. Please let us know which approach would be best for your child.

  • We accept most insurances, both in and out-of-network. Please call our office and we will be happy to answer your specific question.

  • Talk to your child about the visit, watch a child-friendly video or read a book about visiting the dentist. Our team is specially trained to provide the best care for your little one, and we will do our very best to make it a positive and fun experience.

  • We start seeing patients for their first dental visit before one year of age and continue seeing them for regular check-ups during childhood and adolescence.
